Using VSCode as a ReST Client to send ReST APIs.

This sample connects to an IxNetwork Linux API server, but the GET, POST, PATCH and DELETE usage are the same for other ReST calls.

If you are using a version prior to 8.40, you will have to manually follow the redirected URL and expect status code 307

• Create a new session ID
• Verify the session ID is up before continuing
• Start the session ID
• Stop the session ID
• Delete the session ID
